What a great way to celebrate!
On Friday 1st July we held a ceilidh to celebrate 50 years of Bredon Outward Bound Association. We had 80 people there including many members of the 200 club. Juliet kicked off the evening welcoming everyone and then the brilliant band, 'Brimstone' got everyone up on their feet for the opening dance and the dance floor remained packed for the rest of the evening.
When we took a break for food and drinks, we had a presentation for Ray Lane. We had told The Outward Bound Trust that Ray had stood down as our Chair after 37 years on our committee. They sent gifts for him and a certificate recognising his years of dedication.
The evening was a huge success and great fun was had by all who attended.

OUR AGM
Our AGM was on Tuesday 3rd March in Bredon Village Hall. We had a good turn out and those who came thoroughly enjoyed the reports given by the four people who are going on their second, longer course this year. Thank you to Ella, Charlie, Ethan and Lucy. We are sure you will have an amazing time this summer.
At the AGM, Ray Lane, who has been on the committee for 37 years, stood down as chairperson. He will still be on our committee. Juliet Shiels has kindly stepped up to serve in her place. We all thank Ray for his longstanding commitment to BOBA. He was given a gift from committee members, past and present and we shared fresh cake after the metting.

Continued support in 2026 - Thank you Stanway Screens
Local company, Stanway Screens are very generously continuing to support Bredon Outward Bound Association this year, enabling more young people to benefit from attending residential outdoor courses with The Outward Bound Trust.
